骆明在8月9日2014年（新加坡国庆日）荣获新加坡政府颁发的‘公共服务星章’(BBM)。这个星章是我国颁给有贡献的公民的第二高的奖项。这是奖励他40年来推动新加坡及区域的华文文学所作的工作。

LuoMing was commemorated the ‘Public Service Star’ (Bintang Bakti Masyarakat) issued by the Singapore government on the National Day in 2014. It is the second-highest award awarded by the Singapore government to its citizens in recognition of the contribution the individual done for the country. This is to reward him for his work in promoting Chinese literature in Singapore and the region for 40 years.
